Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any rental with Proxontra. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Rental Booking and Payment

All rentals must be booked online or via phone. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are in Euros (€) and may vary by vehicle type, rental duration, and season.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the rental for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Age and License Requirements

Bicycle and e-scooter rentals require participants to be at least 16 years old. Boat and yacht rentals require valid licenses where applicable.

4. Safety and Use

All rentals must be used according to Proxontra's instructions. Helmets and safety equipment must be worn where required. Participants assume all risks associated with vehicle use.

5. Liability

Proxontra is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage caused by improper use of rentals. Clients are responsible for damage to equipment during rental period.

6. Deposits and Damage Fees

Deposits may be required for certain rentals. Damage or loss of equipment will be charged to the renter according to the rental agreement.

7. Changes and Availability

Proxontra reserves the right to modify rental schedules or substitute vehicles due to maintenance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Spanish courts.

9. Privacy

Customer information is collected and handled according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
